more seen and heard.

Goal: To connect with others and experience the positive effects of being in community with others Instructions: Step 1: Choose a coloring book page across from someone you don't know. Step 2: Notice if coloring the same page allows you to create a connection with the other person across from you. (Do you use the same colors? Do you work together to make the image cohesive?) Sunday Night Singers
Head Rush
Issue: Not discussing our feelings, desires, and goals with the people we trust can make life’s decision making more difficult and confusing. Goal: Use quick self-reflection to give the most revealing responses and get to know yourself and game partners better Game Rules: 1. Shuffle the deck and place it in the center of the group. 2. The first player will flip over a card and leave it face up in front of them for all to see. 3. The next player does the same. This continues with each player flipping up a card on their turn. 4. Watch for matching brain colors. If at any time a player flips a card that matches the brain color on your flipped card, you attempt to answer the question on your opponent’s card faster than they can answer the question on your card. There can be multiple matches at a time! 5. Whoever answers their opponent’s card quickest wins that card. 6. The player whose card was won draws a new card. 7. The first player to win three cards wins the game! Is this a great fit for you? Get your own Head Rush game on Amazon.com!
