Losing someone significant to us is among the most traumatic, isolating experiences we deal with in life.
But you don’t have to deal with this pain alone.
We welcome you to join us for an 8-week in-person peer-led grief support group that incorporates three research-based grief recovery models to guide us in working together in processing each aspect of our losses and incorporating healthy coping mechanisms in community on our individual roads to recovery.
